Frame within a Frame

Sunglasses framing the pool that will not be used for many, many months.

Placement

I chose to place the bulbs on the left hand side of the frame because it more natural to view it that way. The vine moves you from one end to the other.

Horizon

The horizon is on the very top of the page, where you would typically not see it.

Dividing the Frame

The boards of the deck divide the frame, not in half, but a little off center to make it more interesting

Filling the Frame

Underneath the American flag fills the frame (top and bottm) but the sides are left vacant

Frame Shape

Shadows in the early evening around the lake create a very tall frame

Frame Dynamics

A bike wheel, in the middle of the afternoon creates a very dynamic frame with all of the tension of line
